Could be keloid (not sure on the spelling) or the surgeon didn't remove the cyst completely at the root.

Keloid can be more that scar tissue. Was told my a plastic surgeon who specializes in neurofibromatosis. Granted the spot I have keloid in, is not a tumor, it just isn't scar tissue. IF the tumors aren't removed correctly, they can come back from the same root or come back as keloid.

you prol have ANOTHER cyst. If it was surgically removed that means they got the membrane or sack and it should not be the same cyst.

if its ovarian.. you can have multiple cyst on your ovaries.

if its along the top of your thigh it could be an infected hair follicle or a clogged sweat gland, those are also very common.

go back to your Dr and talk to him/her about it.

*a keloid is just the way the skin heals.. a thick scar. It has nothing to do with whether they got all the cyst. you can get a keloid from having your ear pierced and having it heal shut.
