Because you choose your own clothes, it sends a message to other people about "you". Think about what message you are trying to send, and then try to see how others might view you and decide if they match.
The outfit you chose sends the message that you are seeking sexual attention (street corner). If that's what you want, then your outfit is fine. If that's not the message you are trying to send, then you could try changing up at least one part of the outfit. Maybe keep the heels and wear a longer skirt, or keep the skirt and wear sensible shoes.
Heels lengthen the leg and can still make you look sexy without being provocative. When they say "less is more", it's true! A woman with a long skirt that has a slit allowing a "peek" at bare leg is much more alluring than showing it all.
Getting a "wow" from your BF is always nice... perhaps you could dress that way for him when you stay home :o)

I have worn an outfit like that before ( to school) and the only thing i got was three teachers who said" You do know that that skirt is wayy too short right ?" oh well..... anyway if yo want to tone it down a little try sparkly flats or kitten heels. You could also try your hair in a messy upswept pony. (f thats really similar to the pic sry i couldnt see your head)
Hop it helped : ) lol i mean hope it helped : )

A lot of people wear skirts to clubs so if thats what you want to wear do it.
I'd take off the heels though, I'm a guy so obviously i haven't worn them but i hear they hurt to wear for a long period. if i were you i'd put on something more comfy for yourself. It would make your boy friend happy and your feet won't hurt like hell at the end of the night.

You mean the miniskirt? Well, not every mini indeed. I know more than a few office ladies wear twin-sets suites which come with a skirt about the same length. They need to do a rapid leg-cross everytime they sit down to avoid looking like Sharon Stone. But they enjoy it, I know. This was a night-club you were going to. Come on. Granted, it's not the skirt being sexy, it's your legs. Your bf can't be complaining her girl friend's legs being 'too sexy', can he? Ask him to live with them or get yourself a new bf who can.

Yes I think thats too provocative and will attract the wrong attention. Firstly, it depends on how old you are. And if you want to tone it down a bit, change the skirt. It's way to short. And maybe trying a knee length skirt or capris. Both are a major fashon statement.

I agree with everyone else, that if you would like to tone it down loose the heels. You could wear sexy flats or little heels. You could curl your hair in ringlettes or put it in a messy upswept ponytail.

if your boyfriend thinks that it is too sexy, then, why would he take you to a club? isn't hot and sexy the club scene ...the way i see it.. i am proud to be next to a sexy diva when i step to the club and people can look all they want... i know who's going home with me... as far as changing the outfit... why wear denim?? when goin to the club wear a more sophisticated material... denim can turn sultry into street corner and maybe that's what he meant by "too sexy"

get a skirt that's longer, to the knees. It will still look cute and attractive with the heels, but not slutty.
