Do certain Cena fans believe that wrestling is authentic?

I mean it follows since many are kids and still believe in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny etc. I just wanna categorically state one thing, lol stop saying Cena is the man because he wins matches or because Edge has had to use Lita's interference in the past. LOL that is what heels do, they win dirty, it makes the face look even more noble and them look even more like pricks. The only ways to judge a wrestler's ring work is via ring psychology and ability to sell moves and make other guys look like a million bucks. Cena can't do any of this and Edge can do it in abundance, therefore Edge is superior to Cena. In a genuie fight, Adam Copeland would more than hold his own against John Cena.

I mark out when watching wrestling also, however, I don't then come on forums and still act like what went on was fact rather than fiction lol, and use it as evidence to prove one performers' superiority over another. That is silly. Oh, and I am sorry for throwing a hissy fit over spelling, it is just impossible to understand what some people are writing.

To Red Rush, it doesn't make the REAL fans happy though, only the kids who will grow up to be exactly like us, more appreciative of the talent side rather than the entertaining part. I admit his I Quit match with the same guy was good but that was when he was less of a sellout. Jericho failed to make him look good, and he is also the main reason why Christian's push was stopped and christian defected to TNA. Seriously now. He looked a bit better agaisnt Angle but that is because he was working with one of, if not the best, technical wrestlers in history (yes, I consider Angle superior to Bret and Benoit from recent memory). Cena is average at best, even allowed to show his full ability he is merely a midcarder. His prmo work is vastly overrated. He has gone through the transition of being a rapper (hip hop isn't really music btw), a marine, an actor you name it He can't act, he can't rap, he isn't cut out to be a marine (although the crewcut is **** hot), and he is **** all. here is one reason why Edge is a better seller than cena of his injuries. The night after Unforgiven and the TLC Cena comes running out all guns blazing. Edge comes limping out SELLING his injuries from the night before. Then Cena has the audacity to say, "I was in that macth last night you know, I'm hurt as well". hahahahah didn't look like it when ya came running out you ******* amateur

-For the last part first, the fight would actually be pretty good. Adam's been training in Canada for years perfecting every aspect of his in-ring ability, but John was a Springfield, Ma colledge football lineman all-star. For the rest-of course that's how it works, anyone here over the age of seven realizes that. In fact, Cena used to be a heel on SmackDown, and Edge used to be a face there too. Let's see some new turns, soon.

Uh, maybe we've been watching different matches, but in all the matches I watch, Cena's selling and psychology are perfectly fine. He has had many 4-star matches with the likes of Edge, JBL, etc. and don't say that they carried him. Also, you provide not an iota of proof as to what makes Edge a better seller than Cena and why his ring psychology is better than Cena's.

You also say that certain Cena fans can't tell the difference between what is "real" and what is "fake". But, I wonder the same about you, if you say that Copeland would beat Cena in a shoot fight. What do you base this on? Your logic that Edge is better than Cena due to his superior ability to sell and his ring psychology? In an actual fight, these things would not matter. I am a fan of Cena and hate Edge, but I have no idea which of the two would win if they were in a real fight, as a wrestling match has no bearing on actual fighting capability, and I am not so blind as to declare Cena the victor because I think he is a better seller than Edge.

To look at the Cenation side of it: Because it's just a fad/trend not to like Cena. Simple as that. To look at the Anti-Cenation side of it: Cena's face role as been so overplayed by the WWE it's unbelieveable. My personal feeling: A little bit of both. As a side note, whether people want to accept it or not, every wrestling company needs a guy like Cena, someone who is a chick/child magnet, that men on the other hand are not very fond of. The same goes with Drew McKintyre. People say they don't even know why WWE signed him in the first place, and that 98% of the WWE fans hate him anyway, that he needs to be gone. Well, I hate to tell you, but every wrestling company needs a guy like Drew McKintyre. The same goes with John Morrison, and Chris Jericho, and R-Truth, ect. ect. ect. What I'm trying to say is, that without different personalities, without different characters, without different attitudes and perspectives, people who already think that the WWE is boring and stupid, would think that it is even more boring and stupid!

Cena has a large fan base and makes lots of money for the WWE. He deserves to be champ - especialy since with all the roster splits, there aren't many good wrestlers anymore on the same show. His in ring skills are only a little above average, but his Mic skills, jokes, and image are very good.
