I don't think it's a way of life. It's got too much negative impact to be a lifestyle. Those who live that pretend lifestyle, won't be around twenty years from now. They'll either be dead, or old enough to know better. How many old hippies do you see? That was a 'lifestyle' too.

Everything...Hip Hop culture is the only culture I know and am part of. If you think Hip Hop is just about rap music, you don't know what Hip Hop is...Hip Hop has four parts, breakdancing, graffatti, dj's and mc's..

It depends on the artist honestly. Too many artists just rap about things that will sell them albums. If you are talkin about true artists, like Wu-Tang clan and Outkast who makes songs about what is important to them, then I can feel what you are saying.

I think its political poetry, weither the rap is about drugs, alcohol, woman, etc. I think its poetry with a beat behind it. Alot of people may not agree, but alot of rap is telling a story about something.
