All it will do is say window XP well before it come on then before it says welcome then come on it will go back to window XP again want come on at all

Boot it into safe mode by pressing the F8 key whilst booting, then choose safe mode.
Thaat way you can get into windows and roll back to a previous date when your computer worked normally.

Try this. When restarting keep pushing F8, hopefully you will get a black screen with options, choose Start in the Safe Mode without Drivers. If you get into Windows in the safe mode, you're doing good. Now, do a System Restore. Click on Start, then Accessories, System, choose System Restore the last item. It has a wizard, and will show you a calendar page of dates of last known good configurations. Choose a date when everything was working fine. Hopefully this will cure your problem. Chow

Try booting into safe mode as it is booting up in the black screen press and hold the F8 key till you can select it to boot in safe mode. After you get into safe mode, then restart the computer and try the normal mode

something like that happened to us once. call the computer manufacter and tell them what is wrong they can help you with it.
