If you have a Sally Beauty supply in your area, buy a packet of BubbleNail, it'll only cost you a couple dollars and it worked great for me. I've also seen nail whiteners at the Dollar Tree before, they work ok but they're not always found there. I've tried peroxide, lemon juice, baking soda, exfoliator, and whitening toothpaste, and none of them really made much of a difference.

When your nails are white again, make sure you always use a good base coat, especially with darks and reds. "Breathing" and getting oxygen don't really have much to do with it, it's just a stain.

I've never heard that, maybe I should check my cosmo book. All I can really say is let them breathe. They'll become yellow if they dont get enough air. I wish I had a better answer for you.

Use tooth whitening toothpaste on them. Scrub them with the toothpaste and an old toothbrush. May take a few times cleaning them but this works!

Try the doctor, might be a fungal infection under the nail requiring a pill (cremes will not work).

don't have nail polish on them all the time cuz they can't get fresh air and that's why they turn yellow.
