its different for everyone. it just depends on what age u start puberty. dont be in such a hurry to grow up!!

Are you talking about pubic hair (not public hair).
That's a very hard question to answer accurately because everyone (whether male or female) each develops at a different time in life.

you need to stay off the computer you are too young for all this, it can be anywhere from ten on up. you dont need it anyway.
