I dont understand your question.
When you have sex sperm travels directly to the fallopian tubes in search of an awaiting egg, or ovum. If it is there, and the sperm can reach it before dying, it fertalizes the egg. It takes about 5 days give or take, for the ovum to travel from the fallopian tube into the uterus and implant itself in the unterine lining and safely continue forming into the embryo that will become a baby.

The conception is anywhere from the day you ovulate to the day after you ovulate...but you can have sex three days before ovulation and get pregnant because the sperm live much longer than the egg. You will not KNOW that you are pregnant for two more weeks though. About the time your period would come is when the hormones (and thus the symptoms) start.
