Well... If you're wanting to stop...
What I did was I just didn't open my mouth when I wanted to say one. So it just came out a mumbling growl. And eventually when I felt the need to cuss I just growled.
So maybe that could help ya.

Mark Twain was of the opinion that swearing, in moderation, was a valuable emotional release, even though he overdid it at times.
Cussing in regular conversation is a bad habit, and lazy, to boot. Try thinking more about expressing what you really want to say instead of inserting the more usual cusses to fill in.
When you're blowing off steam, try substituting other words, or syllables for the swear words. You might even diffuse an angry situation by exclaiming, BLARGFARG THE GASBAG GROUNDHOG SNARF-BASKET, and crack everyone, including yourself into laughs.
Good luck!

I do occasionally. I try really hard not to. I've actually done really well breaking myself of the habit. Now I save the swearing for when I REALLY need to. lol. Just be really concious of it. Try to replace swear words with other words. For some reason, the word "dagnabbit!" works really well for me, and it usually cracks up people around me, which in turn makes me laugh. Releases the tension.

Sometimes I say what the hell or I'm so pissed off. Those aren't bad words, though. If you want to stop, then just think that God didn't make you for swearing. It works, trust me.

Sometimes, but not as much as my partner. We are trying to "tone" it down, since our 4 year old has began cussing at church.
So, here's what we have been doing...giving our son hot sauce. His response when we cuss, "Mom your gonna get hot sauce."
I guess leading by example would be the right thing to do...

I do more than I would like. Habit sometimes.
Just pay attention to what your saying. That's the only way I know to cut back on it.
