Gee, I can think of many answers.
1) Not having a job at all.
2) Not being able to get out of bed to go to work.
Actually, I think you question should be what's good about getting up early to go to work.
I always worked early and I'm not a morning person. I loved getting off work before it got dark, whenever time of year it was. I could take a nap and go out later, I was able to meet anyone for dinner, I could take classes or leave for the beach before the traffic got bad.

Having to get up at 5am and WALK to work! It's a 20 min walk to work from my apartment, if I drove I would have to pay $85 a semester for a campus parking pass. Other than that... nothing.
