If extraterrestrials offered to come to our world and safeguard justice and human life, would you let them?

Let's assume that they were spiritual beings who worshipped humans as sacred and you knew about this practice.

I figure if any highly advanced race were to come to us and safeguard justice and human life and give our world a chance of becoming what it is capable of, then I say...go for it! If they are advanced enough to do this, than nothing we could do would hurt them. I am reminded of an old ST program were a very superior race put a stop to a mindless war and impossed peace...This might not be a bad idea at all. At the least people of the earth might band together for once in thier history, even if was only to get rid of the so-called "peacemakers".l..once bound together in common cause, perhaps we would find it a better life that way and stay bound, as we should.

I don't think I would let them come.
People are despicable, and I would not let some spiritual race get corrupted or used by some nasty figures.
If there was a way I could keep THEM safe while they were here, then I would let them stay.
