Desire for making love or sex is a natural human phenomenon which is present both in men and women. Its like apetite. Somebody has great, some moderate and some less. Both men and women are curious about their counter parts of the opposite sex. Sometime women may be more bold, volatile and aggressive than men when the question of making love arise. But its sure women are more emotionally restrained than men and sometime slow to react and reciprocate. Not every woman is sex maniack or nymphomaniack like Cleopetra.
Men has lesser preference for emotion, love, etc. and ready to drop their Pants on the first hint but women take their time to tie up an emotional bond before they are sexually roused, unless she is a professional public woman.
Women indulge in sex to accomplish some mission but men try to invent motive after having sex.

It is like asking which eye the better of the pair. It is not an act by an individual. It needs two to make love. It is complementary to each other. No comparison is involved at all here. Sorry.

statiscally speaking, men are in the top rank interested in making love compare to the women... as they say, a woman can't live without love and the man can live even without love, a woman make love with a man beacuse of love and a man loves a woman because he wants to make love with a woman. Did you get the logic? hope you did...

Yes, but women deal more with the emotional side (love, cuddling after, long foreplay,) than the actual physical act itself.
