well, I'm probably just a romantic or something, but...
Personality. I firmly believe that a caring, nice personality is more beautiful. Sadly, a lot of the guys I've met with firm chests and bubble butts know this, have become stuck up, and generally turn into jerks. 20 years down the track, their chests will dry up, and their bubble butts will sag, but those with beautiful personalities will still have their kindness and caring nature.
That said, a nice body is still a big plus ;)
