No, the 350X engine will not fit in the 200X chassis - the height of the engine alone is nearly 4" taller. Also not really a super-great idea since you would be adding about 30 lbs of weight and about double the horsepower to a chassis that wasn't built for it.

The only easy swap with a 350X engine is a TRX250X or 300EX chassis.

If you've got an 83-85 model 200X, there are many aftermarket engine modifications for it though - since the design is very similar to the XR200 (motorcycle), any performance parts for the XR will fit the ATC (except exhaust systems).

I have a 1977 Yamaha dt 250 mx 2 stroke endure on original motor mounts and it on a 1984 Honda 200x 3 wheeler looking to put something else on it but don't know what will fit can anyone help

I SERIOUSLY doubt that the engine is a straight switch. Even if it were frame wise you'll still have to worry about the exhaust pipe and carb to airbox connection. If you have to modify the frame it won't be worth the trouble you'll be getting into. It has been my experience that such conversions usually end up being big cobb jobs and not working very well at all.
