There are the superficial plots of the women accused of murder trying to be released, but the underlying conflict is about the decaying morals of society and the fickle nature of fame. Protag. and Antag. are tricky, because the main characters aren't really ones that we as an audience want to see win (ie: Roxy and the other women all killed their husbands in cold blood, are conniving, etc). Inciting incident is when Roxy killed Fred. Rising action is her fame befor the trial. The trial is the climax. That's about all I can remember, hope that helps some. Its a great movie.

A great film, but gee couldn't ya just spring for the $3.99 to do your own research?

I have it and was gifted to get it by my Angel. I watch it at least once a week, but isn't it seemingly a bit unethical to ask for homework help, when you could so much enjoy the film yourself?

Personally, I thought it was a hoot!

But, since your teacher has asked YOU to do the homework so you could give YOUR opinion, why not go rent/borrow it and see for YOURSELF? Wouldn't that make more sense?
Why would you trust the opinions of strangers on Yahoo Answers? Not to mention risking your school grade on their information.

Sorry to vent.

It was filmed in Toronto. I was an extra. Catherine Zeta Jones is even better looking in person.

It is awesome! Out of the ordinary to be sure. It is a musical, but not your typical one (I don't usually like musicals). Give it a look, you should enjoy it!

I saw "Chicago" shortly after its release. My reaction to it?

"There's two hours of my life I'll never have back."

I thought it was dreadful.
