Anyone aware of someone who has tried to make this case? Seems like a natural thing for a "Right to Life" group to try and do to force a jury to decide when someone actually becomes a person.

I keep telling my wife there is a great Law & Order episode somewhere in there (although she generally tells me that I'm an idiot when I suggest this). What do you think? Other than that my wife is probably right.

There was a story in the newspaper a few months ago about a pregnant woman who did this. She was cited. The carpool law requires passengers, in seats. A pregnant woman cannot count as two people as she only occupies one seat. She lost her case and had to pay the ticket.
