I have been on the same thing for over a year now, and no there is no special directions. As long as you take them everyday at the same time or at least with in a half hour of the same time. That is very important, you must take them everyday around the same time for you to have full protection. Other than that, there is nothing you have to do. But if this is your first time taking birth control or at least the first time taking this type, make sure that you are aware of any side effects this may have. There should have been a sheet with all of them on when you got the birth control. If not i suggest you talk to your doctor or a pharmacist or you can go online. Just type in your drug name and I know that they have a website. Hope this helps.

Nope, I take them and they work great. Pretty much the directions read take them once a day at the same time daily. If you miss one, take it ASAP, they should have given you a packet with the pills though and this goes into detail as to what you should do when you miss them. Oh, and try and take them with milk or food, I sometimes feel a little sick to my stomach if I don't, but that might just be me.
