Just keep sizing it down and printing it out until the parts you want will fit in the general shape of the locket. Then just use scissors or a knife to cut it out.

Open the picture in mspaint, then click "image" and then "stretch/skew".

Type in a number lower than 100 in each field, but make sure you keep both numbers the same.

For example, 80 and 80 then enter. this will shrink the size of the picture 20 %

You can use paint. Go to Start > All Programs > accessories > paint. Open the file in there and use their tools to crop and resize it then save or print.

There are many programs that will do it, I have used one I think it was "Serif" or something like that. I still have the program but don't use it anymore.
