Probably Late 2007 or Early 2008
The band is currently busy touring / taking a break

i think they still are touring, or they just have finished. since they have released their last 3 albums in 5 years, it might be another year or so before they release another album. they might still be promoting their "Ten Thousand Fists", even though it has already sold very well .

I'm not sure, check their website ocassionally, if they are recording, they'll probably announce it on there.
