u can use the word "separately" , because the word 'separetely' does not exist.

By the way, if the phrase is a piece of legalese or legal document, do reconsider the wording of the entire phrase. The trend in legal documents nowadays is Plain English and not wordy legalese that people need several readings to understand. Take it from a solicitor.
