None. 0 mana cost cards are rare. The earlier sets(Alpha, Beta, etc) had the 5 Moxen and Black Lotus, which all cost 0 mana, has the most at 6. You won't be able to find those packs in stores anymore and if you did find a pack it would be worth hundreds of dollars. In the newest set, Time Spiral, there's a series of cards with no manacost. Having no manacost and having 0 manacost are two completely different things. The no manacost cards can't be played normally. Instead they must be played through the mechanic Suspend or methods that allow you to play a spell without paying its cost. 0 converted manacost is actually still a cost because there's an mana symbol indicating that there's a cost. The only 0 costing cards legal in Magic now are Mishra's Bauble, Spellbook, Claws of Gix, and Ornithopter.

Cynthia is largely correct, although she missed at least one current card, Tormod's Crypt, currently available in Time Spiral. Also, not everyone plays Standard all the time, in Extended for example, Chome Mox, Paradise Mantle and Welding Jar would be added to the list. However, there is no set that contains a large number of 0 mana cards, if you want free casters, you're much better off trying to buy them as singles.
