Im watching it now...and sometimes from time to time. That Dr. Rey? Why is he so obsessed with martial arts? Do you think he really cares for his wife? I know she cares for him and the family alot, I don't know about him...he seems to ignore people so easily.

I watch it also, and I often feel that Dr. Rey is self-centered by not putting his wife and family first. Sure he's had to sacrifice to make his business successful, but in one episode I really learned a lot about Hailey, his wife. She is Canadian, and came to Los Angeles to make a career in acting, and she basically gave that up to marry him and start a family. During this episode, she went back to Canada for a visit, and for the first time since I have ever seen the show...she seemed truly happy. She's always depressed and feels she has no friends and feel's cooped up in that house. I know many people would love to trade places with her in a heartbeat...but not me. The aspect of their relationship is rather disturbing to watch, especially with her sinking level of depression and given his background in the medical field it's sad he does nothing about it. He really needs to push his ego and vanity aside and focus his energy on her before it's too late.

I have been watching Dr. 90210 lately, and I doubt the sexual preferences of Dr. Rey. He is past the metro sexual stage. I wonder if his lack of attention toward his wife, and focus on on activities that involve physical contact with men, maybe indicative of homosexual preferences. I believe his is a wonderful doctor and tries to be loving to his wife, but maybe if his is hiding or denying his preference, is what causes him to devote so much time and energy to being with those he may feel closer to.

i watch it. but i don't like dr. rey. he's very selfish. and he's got the "biggest ego" i've ever seen on anybody. he used to be more modest and likeable in the 1st season. now its all about his stupid exaggerated shirts and ties and his highlights in his hair! his wife. geesh. don't get me started. she nags. and nags that she wants this and that and when he gives it to her she complains that its too much. (their new house for example). and how dare she complain about how incomplete and sad she is in her life. there are women out there that would kill to be able to stay home in their multi million dollar home and take care of the kids!
to tell you the truth i don't know why i still watch the show?!

Dr. Rey SUCKS and his wife Haley really NEEDS to move onto someone who will really put her first for once.
George Clooney is available. Maybe she should hang out with Hilton, Lohan and Spears ???

I gotta agree and no i dont think Dr.Rey cares for his wife. His life is given to martial arts and plastic surgery. Its obvious his wife is fighting for affection.

yes, i LOVE that show. he claims he is so obsessed becuase it makes him feel good and makes him ebtter at surgery, which he explains in the episode he gets his blackbelt. Although he does care for his wife and children, he has a really weird way of showing it. for him, showing love is by working long hours to make money. for his wife, that means he should be home more often.

definite, I watch from time to time. i imagine that DR. ROBERT REY and spouse are goofballs though. Will Kirby from vast Brother Allstars is meant to be in this season. That i'll't wait to observe!
