IMO, the cure is out there somewhere, we just have not found it yet.

There are many treatements like AZT. However, a full cure does not currently exist on the market. Personally, I believe there does exist a cure, but it has not been produced yet. If not, I have thought of a a cure.

No. But AIDS is among the diseases most easy to prevent. Just don't have sex. Yes, I know, that is asking too much for most people. Tough.

I bet the government knows but won't tell us. I won't tell anybody either. People should be more cautious NOT to get AIDS.
