My startup disk is full, I used omni sweeper and it shows that something called 'previous systems' is taking up space. Do I need it? Should I get rid of it?

If it's noted as a system file DO NOT delete it. I don't know much about using OmniDiskSweeper, I do have it but don't use it since I got LOTS of space yet. I would start by File > Size Home Folder and see which files are the largest and if you don't need them, delete them, only if they are not system files which OmniDiskSweeper notes.

Previous is four different warnings station. The ISP could be
blocked, if there is an issue with your provider this same
warning can happen. Because they changed contract, if you
have no internet. On the omni file cleaning services there is
a seasonal scheduel and it swept in october, september and
generally runs with the link server. If you often use blue or gold
line that is high tech, you may have jammed motherboard. In
this case the warning is black or blinks black. It only means
that the files are closed until inspected. This is the status of
another problem if there is internal broken anything wrong in
the operating systems. Finally if you overloaded the download
server this can mean you need a new modem or inspection
of the files, if you have file scan run that and see what the disk
report offers. Don't delete the systems.
