There are times I respect and envy the boss for being a successful entrepreneur ... there are other times when I feel I am underutilized, unfulfilled and unappreciated as an employee. There are times when I enjoy my work ... there are other times I feel I would be happier taking customer's orders in the Tim Horton's drive-through. There are times where I feel I can freely express my ideas and concerns ... there are other times where I just zip my lip. There are times when I am content in the position ... there are other times where I surf job websites on the Internet during working hours.

My boss is the greatest! I love our bi-weekly team meetings. My favorite three "meetings" were:
1) We went to see the Corpse Bride with Johnny Depp
2) We took a field trip to Dairy Queen
3) We watched the 3 Stooges on the overhead projector
I'm serious. She's the greatest!

I really like my boss and have a good relationship with her. I'm thankful for my work environment.

i love my boss. he gets me a little nervous sometimes but that's because i syke myself out wondering what he thinks of my work. he's never told me he doesn't like my work. it's just me.

both of them are fine which i'm very comfortable to have them as my boss.
somehow, they have the flaws (who doesn't?), but i guess their kindness had overcome that.
