My son was head down in the right position for a very long time up to my labor...that's when he decided to flip to nose up instead of nose down.... so your baby can turn at any moment, you never know. what they had me do is get on my hands and knees during labor- i was at an angle going down... then I'd rotate positions- lay on my side for a while, then the other side, then back on my hands and knees... so you can try these things at home if you wish. NOt sure if it will get the baby to turn, but there's always a possibility.
Goodluck!

Yes. I can't remember exactly how far along I was but I know it was 30 + wks. My doctor told me to help the baby turn, I was to get on my elbows and knees, rest my head on my forearm, butt in the air and put a stereo between my legs and blast the music. He said that sometimes this is enough to make them turn around. You have to make sure that your head stays low and your butt is high. He said to do this for 20 - 30 minutes at a time. Make sure your belly is really close to the speakers. I thought he was nuts but I didn't want a breech so I tried it and it worked. Another thing he said was to kneel on the couch with the rest of my upper body on the floor. Supporting your weight on your forearms. I didn't try that one because I was too big and I couldn't support my weight. I hope this helps you. Good Luck!

Go see a chiropractor trained in the Webster Technique and acupuncture. Both are safe and very effective.
www.icpa4kids.org to find a chiropractor. Not sure if you need a specialist for the acupuncture.
