If I understand your question correct, you are running more then one antivirus. This is a no no. Running more then one antivirus will cause serious conflict with your system.
You can run three or four antispyware programs if you have the resources. And you can only run one firewall.
If possible download from the link below a free antivirus program for life, from AOL, powered by Kaspersky Labs, Russia. Rated # 1 in the world. Download the file, "SAVE", to documents or elsewhere.

Then remove all the antivirus programs you have running in your system.
After you remove the ones you have. Install "virusshield" and scan your entire system. After the trojan is found and destroyed, reboot your system.

For spyware and malware you need something like Ad-Aware SE Plus, ZoneAlarm Anti-Spyware, SpyCatcher, Webroot Spy Sweeper always highly recommended. I use trend micro spyware. Windows Defender Beta is currently free. You need to remove all spyware and malware first then uninstall.

There are many programs that are so cleverly coded that you have difficulty removing them, even going through Add & Remove Programs...
Here is a handy little tool that is FREE
download and follow the instructions
and those nuisance programs will be removed on reboot.
Use
REMOVE ON BOOT SHELL EXTENSION
Go to:
http://www.bjb-inc.com/products.asp
Scroll down to: (and click it to download)
Remove on Reboot Shell Extension - Free
OS: Windows
Size: 364 Kb
1. Download it
2. To remove program >Right click on your program folder that you want removed
3. Left click sub-menu option: REMOVE ON REBOOT
4. Then reboot your pc
I've had lots of great luck with this little program. I think you'll like it too.
Note: To get to a program FOLDER (not just the icon) >
a. RIGHT click START > select Explore >
b. then in the Explore window, left panel >
c. scroll down to Programs >
d. then in Programs scroll down to the FOLDER that has the program you want to remove
e...then do the right click "remove on reboot" selection >
f. Restart your computer

If antivirus and spyware remover software does not work, you can try to restore the computer to an older working configuration. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
