A conference committee will be formed of members from both houses to modify the bill into a form that's agreeable to both the house and the senate. After they finalize the bill, it is sent to the president.

it doesn't happen that way the senate will pass or kill a bill , if it passes senate, it is sent to Congress for their approval , if any changes are made it has got to go back to the senate for approval then back to Congress and voted on again, sometimes congress will write a version of a bill that they have agreed on and send it to the senate who will either pass or reject it

none they have a query call and call the president up and ear mark the hole bill before its approved by president.
