Go to the clinic, like you said you would. It's impossible to know exactly what is wrong with you from just this. While this doesn't seem life threatening by any stretch, it is something that needs to be checked out and could be symptoms for something that could easily be treated.
EDIT: Email won't go through, yahoo is kicking it back to me. If you want me to send one back, youll have to send me your addy. But it's not going to be what you're hoping to hear, I'd bet.

The poop part sounds like constipation. Try a laxative for that. As for the period part, you may have an irregular period. Don't get worked up quite yet, wait until you see the doctor.
Reasons for an irregular period:
Significant weight gain or loss
Over-exercise
Poor nutrition
Smoking
Drug use
Caffeine
menopause
Excessive alcohol use
Eating disorders
Increased stress
Polycystic ovarian syndrome/estrogen dominance
Uterine abnormalities
Hormonal imbalance related to perimenopause
Medications
Chemotherapy
Recent childbirth, miscarriage, or D&C
Breastfeeding

Dolcolax will help with the constipation ,or any stool softener.
You need a complete blood work up .check your thyroid levels.
Do you work out a lot ? A tubal pregnancy is possible but you would be in pain , If you have a lot of pain go to emergency room .
Everything will be OK .
You will be in my prayers .

I think you might have candida build up in your uterus. Candida is a yeast infection caused by too much grains, processed junk food, and refined sugars in our diet. Maybe you should ask your doctor about it when you go on your appointment.

do you have any reason to believe that you are pregnant? you are probably just having an irregular period. I would just wait it out until i could see a doctor.
