Think of ways to make other people happy and not just think of yourself. Taking action on those would make you feel good and certainly wouldn't leave time to be bored.
What would your Mom like? Your Dad? Your sister/brother? Your teacher? Your best friend? Is it something you could do (clean up your room, walk the dog) or activity (spend some time with them)?

When Iam bored I read a book or look at the family album and laugh or clean desk drawers or watch a movie or take a bath or talk on the phone or go to hundreds of topics on the computer and try to pick up some knowledge. The best for last make a dish of ice cream with whip cream and a cherry. yum'yum

Soduku!!! That would keep you occupied, or better yet, rent out a movie, Dick & Jane with Jim Carey (loved that movie). Love to read? Pick up a book. Not too cold outside & have a dog, walk the dog. Hungry? Cook up a 5 star cuisine. Feeling artisitic? Repaint your wall, or better yet redesign your room. Feeling naughty? Dance around your house naked. Wanna get fit for the summer? Work out/ pilates, yoga. Inspired to do good this holiday? Visit a childrens hospital dressed up like santa with gifts. Have cash? Go online shopping for x-mas gifts & write x-mas cards

Boredom is easily cured, my friend, and you've come to the right place. You can always use your imagination (as corny as that may sound) to come up with something to do to cure boredom. What I usually do is something music-related. That means making music, listening to it, or just flipping through my vast music collection. Find your own cure for boredom, it's there inside you somewhere.

I am 66 years old, and I have never, ever, had "nothing to do." There is always something that should be done, or could be done.

I feel sorry for people who feel there is nothing to do or no place to be.
