The South Carolina Farm Bureau says that nursery/greenhouse plants and tobacco are SC's top cash crops (see link, below). But the South Carolina Conservation Bank (http://sccbank.sc.gov/statistics.html) says it's forest products. So there's some disagreement, even among official sources.

I always thought it was tobacco and pecans. 'Course these days, could be grass for all I know.
