I know the feeling. Do things that absorb all of your concentration/focus. That kind of....take you to a different world I guess. And NO I dont mean do drugs lol. Read a book, watch a TV show that catches your interest. You know, things like that. It really helps me get things off of my mind.

That is called Maya or illusion. Illusion has a grip on you and it is only due to lust. These kind of relationships always end in some kind of misery sooner or later. The best way to get the mind off illusion is to chant the Maha Mantra or the Great mantra for deliverance from illusion and suffering.
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare
Say it loud enough to hear each syllable and at least 108 times. Tried and True

You know what's funny? I'm reading an excellent book called CHILDREN OF THE RIVER and it's about this girl who can't decide from one guy to the other. One problem is she's Cambodian, and she has to follow the religion of her pamily picking her husband. =/
My advice to YOU... SAY HI! Take a small glace and if he sees you, smile naturally!!!

i know how you feel right now.. i'm feeling the same way now too.. just focused on your work... have some fun with your friends. And instead just talk to him and if he doesn't know you then get him to know you right now... and let him know you... i'm about to get to know the guy that i really liked... now, so yeah... yo can do both at once too.. live your own life and still like him or whatever you said...

Get busy. Preferably helping others. Volunteer to do something to help your community or just visit a nursing home and spend some time talking with older people. You'll not only stop thinking about him, you'll feel good about yourself too.

When the thought pops up in your head, start to think of something else. Focus your attention somewhere else until the thought eases and then ultimately goes away.
