Not sure if the ship being referred to sank or not.

The ship I am trying to find did sink and it
was an old luxury liner I was told. Does
anyone know this ship?

There are quite a few. But the most known to be haunted that haven't sank are:
Queen Mary
U.S.S.Hornet
U.S.S. Sullivan
U.S.S. Lexington

The only one that I know of that had sank was the Flying Dutchmen. The Mary Celeste didn't sink, it was found abandoned.

queen Mary? long beach California. but if you are referring to ghost ships there are many like the Mary Celeste and the flying dutch man.

I believe it is the Queen Mary, but there are lots of others that have sank but still "sail" the open sea.......... Depends on which one you mean.
