there is a place where you can go to get counselling for anger. it is called anger managemant. the courts sometimes sends family members there when there is domestic violence involved. anger stems from something that kept you hurt and angry when you were young and it has never healed. there is an unresolved inner conflict inside that has festered and gotten filled with puss inside of you.what sets off the anger? see a pattern when you get really angry.ask god to help you and when the person or situation happens that makes you so angry, then study that and begin by saying to yourself no i will not react to this. walk away when someone is trying you.count to ten and take a deep breath when you feel angry. take a walk and think about some good things. practice not getting angry and soon you will be on your way to healing. but talk out your problems with a counsellor and tell him how you feel when you blow up. tell him you would like to control these feelings and conquer this problem in your life.

Anger management classes are the best and can be really helpful. They help you understand why you get mad and then how to control it, and most of the times the are free.
Try the the three second rule. Wait three seconds before responding..........I have also found that listening is the best, there is a difference between hearing and listening.

Sometimes the root of your aggression goes away once you realize where it stems from. From personal experience, I had huge anger issues when I realized my significant other wasn't treating me the right way and it made me irrate. Once I could reason with it, I stopped being so irritated all the time, even if the problem didn't solve.

So just try figuring out why you get like that and hopefully, you'll be able to control it.

Anger is something you really have to work at. Just analyze it, why or what is so important, to cause you to get so worked up.
Life is too short to spend all your time being "mad"!

It may have alot to do with stress. You my want to look at what occurs prior to a temper tantrum. You may simply need to start working out to relieve stress. You may want to talk to your doctor about this issue. He may prescribe something to relax you or look into other effects like high blood pressure etc. Its good you want to control it- but sometimes we need prefessional help in carrying it thru.
