Glad to hear that it has a happy ending. There are so many anxiety inducing books out there on the shelves already...

Just the one word title wouldn't give me the desire to pick up the book but using her name in the title might. Since she seems to be motivated by love (helps her sister, falls in love w/teacher, etc) maybe something along the lines of:

"Chelsea, Luv"
"Chelsea's Loves"
"Love, Chelsea" (like the closing of a letter)

Or, since this story takes place over a few years:
"Chelsea's Journey" (as in a life journey)
"Travels with Chelsea" (since the reader will be involved with this experience)

Or, the title that would get my attention:

"It DOES Have a Happy Ending!"

Hope this helps.

Good luck--again!

There are a couple of titles that come to my mind "The Ballad of Chelsa", "Certainly Chelsa" or maybe "Clearly and Completely Chesla."

I wouldn't obsess too much on a title. If you get it published, they'll probably want to change it anyway.

How about: "Just Chelsea"
or "Yours, with love, Chelsea"
