Of course we do. It may not be as noticeable as women, because of the differences of our basic natures, but we are susceptible to the same influences as women. Besides being more emotional, women have more issues with hormones, so their mood swings are more frequent. But when women go off the deep end, we say they are just being emotional. When a man does it, it's always justifiable and someone elses fault...usually a women's. We don't cop to having 'mood' issues, because we would have to take responsibility for our actions. So we have it pretty good in this area.

Well.... it depends what you mean by mood swings. People respond to their environment with changes in their mood. That is normal and expected. However, mood swings that are independent of ones environment or changes of mood that impact the person's ability to effectively cope with life are not good. So I would say; appropriate changes in mood are fine, inappropriate or exaggerated changes in mood are not good. Are there men with inappropriate changes in mood, yes.
