I had to punch a dude in the face for getting out of his car and approaching me in a menacing way. Well before he could say anything, BAM busted him right in the jaw. Hope he learned his lesson. This was road rage, by the way.

I'm sorry Sir.....I just wanted to tell you that your wallet fell from the top of your car when you left the gas station and I was going to give it to you when you hit me in the jaw. Your right..I learned my lesson. Now I got $200.00 and 3 credit cards of yours. I'll use the cards at the ER for x-ray ect. The cash I'll take your lady out to Dinner. I figure we are even and no hard feeling OK.

Punching someone, to my humble understanding, is considered assault and battery, and if you keep doing that will eventually end up in jail. Not a good thing.

It is better to learn anger management before you are required to share a small concrete room with a large hairy man who has nothing else to do with his time other than spend quality time with you.

That is superficial anger.
Rage goes deeper and can begin in utero.
For instance, if your mother experiences a lot of anger during her preganancy, you may inherit the anger before you're even exposed to anything that could possibly make you angry.

Sorry you had a bad day. You did ask why other people were anger, let's see if this brings things into perspective for you. I am anger that my mother beat the **** out of me everyday. I am anger that when I got strong enough to leave her, it meant I had to leave behind a sister I worry about everyday of my life. I am angry that to this day I can't have a loving relationship with a man, because my mother threatened to pull out my pubic hair with tweezers if I allowed am an to see them. I am angry that you don't count your blessings!!!!!!!!!!!!!
