the two issues. in case you have been to place outgoing mail on your mailbox, you will placed the flag up, so the mail provider might know. And, in the event that they place mail on your mailbox, in addition they bypass away the flag up, so as which you would know "you have mail !"

Hey, I feel cheated. My mailbox doesn't have a red flag. I have to clip mine to the outside of the box.
