Not in the near future and even before that happens there would probably be a "touch screen order a drink" type of thing. As someone already mentioned, hopefully they would be built with "tell me your problems I'm a good listener" subroutines.

Hopefully not as bartender's jokes are part of the reason I go to bars. Also, the people who go to bars to get drunk and get "Counseling" wouldn't be able to with an android.
