Internet Explorer was my main search.
I want to keep it that way.
I like Firefox, but I would like IE to be my default setting.
How do I change?

If you are using IE you can set it to be the default browser in the following way.

Lauch IE
Click on tools followed by internet options
this will bring up an new window with a number of tabs.
click on the Programs tab.
if it is IE7 you see an button 'Make Default ' - click it
you should also click in the box that makes sure that IE checks whether it is the default
for ie6 - there is no button to set it as default. but there is a check box so that it checks whether it is default. check this and then relaunch.
In firefox go to tools, options, general. then uncheck its box that controls whether it tries to be the default browser

Just click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop, quick launch bar or in your startup programs. A popup will ask you if you want to make Explorer your default browser. Click yes and your good to go with Explorer being your new default browser.
