My younger sister needs it to write an expository paper, i can explain it to her but she understand what i'm saying, so will anyone give me a definition in kid language?

Blondie the answer to your question is that my sister is 12 she doesn't understand the dictionary definition. Due to that i need to explain it to her in the most basic language possible so she cna build her essay around it.

In the most basic language possible, communism is when the government owns everything and is supposed to divide it equally among the population.

...but how is she supposed to write an expository paper if you have to explain this in kid language?

A government which is run by one political party and no other party is allowed to run and in states where they are, it is almost guaranteed that the communist party is the party that makes all the decisions. To be communist means you believe that governments should not have distinctions between the rich or poor people, they shouldn't have separate territories. Basically no one owns anything and everybody owns everything together. They all work towards the common goal of production and then have things rationed out to them from the government.

Communist government is where the people are all equal.
Revenues are taken by the government and the people are just given the necessary things that they only need.
There is no free enterprise because the government controls all the industries and businesses.
