I have only worked for females and as a female myself I always feel like I have good instincts and am personable with them. Tomorrow I have a meeting with a male boss in hopes of being promoted to a higher position. It's in marketing. Any tips? I don't even know where to begin. Just be yourself, it is easy to see someone that is trying to hard to give the "perfect" answer. Any boss worth anything will not want a yes-woman on the staff.

Act intelligent, and know your material. Dont act stupid or ditzy, don't act like a feminazi either. Just be professional and you'll do fine.
