I work at Arby's where there are about 15 to 20 of us. About a third of the employees are girls, the rest are male.
We are playing "dirty santa", and I am not sure if my gift goes to a male or a female, but I more than likely will buy a male gift. The rules for "dirty santa" are that we all draw numbers and the order of the numbers determines who gets to choose what gifts they want. Then the person after that opens his and decides if he want to keep that or take the other person's gift. This goes on and on until there is nobody left and everyone has a present. More than likely the first person who went will get stuck with the crappiest gift. AND I DON'T WANT TO BE THE PERSON WHO BOUGHT THAT GIFT!!! I have this weird feeling that somehow they will find out who bought which gift and so on.
We only had a limit of $10. WHAT IN THE HELL CAN YOU BUY FOR $10? RIGHT? Please help. Once again I do not want to be stuck being the one with the lame gift to give someone.

$10 ?
A box of chocolates
A package of disposable cameras
A t-shirt
A CD of Christmas songs
Some type of book
You can also find computer games for about $10

That's all I could come up with.

With the type of exchange you are talking about, I wouldn't think there would be "male" gifts or "female" gifts, just unisex ones. However, I gould be very wrong on that.

Go get a nice poinsettia. The stores near here are selling them for between $6 and $10 for a nice size one.

Don't want to go for flowers? Then how about a box of Christmassy wrapped candy.

Still not happy? A Far-Side Calendar will run about $10 or any calendar.

A Magic 8 Ball would be a nice "gag" gift , or a Ouija board or a deck of cards or an indescript bottle of wine ... or is everybody underage????

Your price range is indeed low.

Hello and "Merry Christ mas" I would take my $10.00 and go to Target or a store that has those cute gifts., I think even Wal-Mart carries them. They have all kinds of things. Hope you all have a great time and a lot of fun and laughs. That's what its all about. Don't worry so much about being stuck with the lame gift. Just have fun. God Bless always.

If you have a dollar tree or dollar bills near you check them out I just bought "Storm of the century" there brand new two tape movie, one dollar, they also have a lot of other movies but not all the time.
They also have some nice bowls that are great for popcorn.
Put a movie($1) in the bowl($1), a box of popcorn($1) a bottle of pop($1), and a large candy($1). $5 plus tax and you have a nice movie night in a bowl.

Lots of movie stores have cheap movies for under $10. Get National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation or something like that! Everyone loves that movie!

Been there, was successful! I bought Starbucks gift cards, $10 each. I don't drink coffee, but I do like there chai lattes. I bought one for each of my 3 coworkers and honestly they were thrilled. If you have a Starbucks, people love them and they are expensive.

One thing I see often that works especially in this case would be $10 worth of scratch tickets. Its a gamble if the person wants to keep them or not.
