yes one day long ago I was playing with gasoline and I caught my arm on fire
is that considered a firearm?

No I live in Ireland and we don't have many firearms here. Even the Gardai (our police) aren't armed.

Yes. An 1876 army Springfield rifle, single shot breech loader. .45-.70 caliber. Trust me-a cannon when you shoot it. It was my Grand fathers.

I have 2 young children in the house... I don't need them finding a gun & accidently killing someone or themselves with it.
