i know you ovulate about 14 days after the first day of your period, so that woule be on the 14th because i started on the 1'st, but is it just for one day or what?? im trying everything i can to get pregnant, me and my husband want one sooo bad, and i really hope the fact that i have only been off bc for a little over 2 months. so please let me know.

You have a period of time about 2 days before and 2 days after that date you should try. Ovulation after 14 days is an estimate, not a rule.

If you want to know exactly when you ovulate pick up a tester from the grocery store.

You only ovulate for 24 hours. Sperm can live inside you for 48 hours. I got pregnant 3 months after stopping the pill. I waited 14 days after the start of my period and had sex with my b/f every other day for a week after that. It did the trick!

It's 10-14 days after the first day of your period.

Plan to have sex a day or two before your are due to ovulate and the day of. Heck, might as well the day after too. It's fun to practice at least.

Anyway, you ovulate one day.

it not always after 14 days it different between women so after your period with 4 days try always be on your back to good result

get ovulation test. They are more accurate than just guessing. Everyone ovulates different.
