Well, the first thing you need to do is find out for sure. Go to Wal-mart or some other store close to you and buy a home pregnancy test. All you have to do is pee on the stick and watch for the lines to appear. Read the instructions to make sure you read the test correctly since they are all just a tad different. If the test says you are pregnant, then you need medical care. You will not be able to hide this fact for very long.
Second thing you need to do is tell you parent(s) what you've been doing. Yes, this will be hard to do, but honey, you are living in a grown up world now when you are still only a child. Your mom will know how to help you. I'm not going to lecture you about not having sex until you are older, because I think you know better already.
Thirdly, if you truly are pregnant, please consider adoption if you don't want to keep the baby. There are lots of people out there waiting to accept a baby with open arms and lots of love to give. It's only 9 months out of your entire life, and it's a choice you don't have to feel guilty about later.
Okay, and if you are NOT pregnant, you need to educate yourself on birth control. You have to take control of this situation. Nothing is 100% effective, but using something is better than using nothing. Go to your local health dept. and they will help you.

Get to a doctor immediately. You need to figure out what to do. Find an adult you can talk to. 13 is way too young to have a baby, there's so much you should be doing with your life. You need to feel better about yourself so you don't feel that you need to have sex to prove yourself. If you're going to have sex, wait until you get to know the guy and that he cares about you, not that he's just using you. Get involved with girls your own age, maybe through girl scouts, or through a church youth group. Get an education. And use condoms if you have sex, so you won't get pregnant or get a disease that you will regret.
