Was it a doctor???? I have heard Olestra chips can cause diarrhea .. so perhaps if the diarrhea was really bad ... maybe??

No . . . they wouldn't be making those types of chips if they were killing people off.
Many, people don't digest them properly. If eating them causing problems for you, you should just stop eating them and switch to another healthy snack food.

no sweetheart you won't die. you will get a very bad stomache ache if you get too much of it in your system. for future reference though you should avoid it and just eat regular chips.
