Do you think that the troops should be taken out of IRAQ by 2008?
Why or why not?...What would be the benefits?

I think that i would love it if they would have never went in. But now that all this has happened I'm afraid we will lose it to insurgents and then everything out military has done thus far will be for nothing. Everyone who lost their lives would be for nothing. I am against wars, and i defiantly wish my husband wasn't there now and the idea to send them home is nice, but i don't want us to pull out to early and smack the men and women in the face that we have lost. I want there death to be for something. I don't really know the benefits of us staying or coming i just support our military

We went to the Middle East to get Bin Ladden...not to end up in Iraq ! Send your troops home now. This is Bush's War not the people of the U.S.

If the situation in Iraq is better by then, well sure. If not then leave them there as long as needed. As long as people like that are alive on this earth then I say lets take them on in Iraq.

YES how is it we are helping others when we cannot even help ourselves? We have homeless, drug addicts, and others that could use a program to reform them instead of sending our guys over there to die and tossing the $$ away. Anyone else get the impression that those Iraqis don't want us there??? If they did there'd be less bombings and more cooperation. I could go on and on but in short our guys we sent under false pretenses (weapons of mass destruction) and should come home.

You know I'm not there, I think it should be left up to the people and families that have people over there... Why not hear fron the people that actually have something to loose.

Yes, its time to leave that country. It is just getting worse over there and more and more soldiers are getting killed.
