Thousands!
They may not be that decent but they have a good message, here goes:
Ruruoni Kenshin
Slamdunk
Hajime no Ippo
Full Metal Alchemist
Fruits Basket
Hunter X Hunter
Paul in fantasy land (kidstuff)
Astro Boy (kidstuff too)
err well, if you prefer the safer ones the best type is the kiddie ones. The hentai (sex animes) ones are of those with mature content like Ayashi no Ceres, Fushigi Yugi, Lady Blue, and lots of others....
You can look for these sites: www.animax-asia.com
www.anime.com
www.animenewsnetwork.com
I think that's it.

I'll prefer the following animes. I assure you there no such things that you are saying above.
The Law of Ueki - I really learned a lot of lessons from it.
Girl from Hell - though this might be somewhat scary
Yakitate Japan! - It's comedy and all about baking.
Gakuen Alice/Alice Academy - I love it!
Shaman King - I love it too!
Full Metal Alchemist - I really like to watch it though I don't have time.

Fruits Basket
Matantei Loki Ragnarok (Not "Ragnarok the animation", mind you.)
Hikaru no Go!
Azumanga Daoih (Comedy, but nothing harmful either)
.hack//SIGN and .hack//ROOTS (If you can take the slowness and lack of action. .hack//Legend of the Twilight anime was so incestual, though nothing over the pg-13 borderline, that it's horrible.)
Nana doesn't show you the bottem side/it's covered by bedsheets, hell it's not even about sex, it's about love.
Black Cat (Gun fights, Sword bashing, slight nudity but no sex, and its nudity as in the Eve and Adam kind of nudity)
Karin (Nudity as in bath scenes and blood aside, no sex. And it's pretty original)
Samurai Champloo (Quite violent, but it's Samurai Champloo =D lol)
Hunter x Hunter (Incomplete, however. Last time I heard the creator was in the hospital)

I love Angelic Layer and Cardcaptor Sakura. Tsubasa Chronicle would do too. You can watch them on youtube, except I don't think there iis videos for Sakura as there are seventy episodes for it.
Sypnosis for Angelic Layer:
Several years into the 21st century, technology has advanced to the point where people can customize dolls called "angels" and have them fight using telepathy. A young girl named Misaki is sent to Tokyo to live with her aunt. On her way out of the station, she sees Angelic Layer on TV. Angelic Layer is an arena where people pit their angels against each other. The angels are controlled by their owners using a headset. Misaki is shocked by the outcome of the battles. Before she can even blink, a loveable lech named Icchan pops up and teaches Misaki about Angelic Layer. And so Misaki starts training to be a great Angelic Layer combatant herself! Little did she know she will be meeting her long lost mother who is the champion on the layer!
Sypnosis for Sakura:
Fourth-grader Sakura Kinomoto has always been pretty content and happy with her life. She has a wonderful and caring father, a pesky but protective older brother, and a nice home. Sakura's mother had passed away when she was little but never had she felt that life was incomplete. Lately though Sakura has been having weird dreams, dreams of magic and strange visions. One day, Sakura stumbles upon a mysterious book full of cards in the basement. Upon opening it, Sakura unwittingly releases numerous magical spirits imprisoned in the cards! Thus, Kerberos (Kero-chan for short), guardian of the cards, awakens and informs Sakura that the cards were created by a powerful sorcerer named Clow. Sakura must retrieve the spirits she released and seal them back into the cards before they cause havoc in the world outside. With this, a new magical girl is born... Cardcaptor Sakura!
Sypnosis of Tsubasa Chronicle( sort of a second version from Cardcaptor Sakura since both have the same character names):
In the Land of Clow, teenage Syaoran returns from an archaeological dig excavating an ancient ruin, and is greeted by his old childhood friend, Princess Sakura. Sakura wants to confess her feelings for Syaoran, but is interrupted before she could do so.
Later, she meets Syaoran at the ruin. There her latent powers become active and wings (tsubasa) appear on her back as a mysterious person attempts to kidnap her. Syaoran prevents Sakura from being taken, but now Sakura is unconscious and her memories appear to be gone. She will die unless she can get help from the time-space witch Yuuko.
The priest-mage Yukito sends Syaoran across space and time to another universe where Yuuko resides. There, they not only meet Yuuko, but also Kurogane, a powerful ninja who was sent there by Princess Tomoyo from her universe to learn the true meaning of strength, and Fai, a powerful mage and creator of Chii in his world. He's on the run from a sleeping ruler named Ashura.
Yuuko agrees to grant all of their wishes, but at a heavy price. For Kurogane, he must give up his sword in order to travel through dimensions in the hopes of returning home. For Fai, he must give up the tattoos that his magic comes from so he can stay on the run. For Syaoran, he must give up his current relationship with Sakura to travel through the dimensions to find the feathers of her wings which contain her memories. And Sakura, though unconscious, must give up her memories of Syaoran.
Together, the four set off with the critter Mokona, who can locate Sakura's feathers, open doors between universes, and communicate with Yuuko when needed.
