It is as long as you know your sources and processes well, otherwise, it can get daunting. But it's manageable:
1. Know where your organic greengrocer is
2. Know your recipes and what to pack as a snack
3. Have a bicycle or bus pass at the ready
4. Be educated about your product choices in general
5. Get your basics right - like, if you're going to be vegetarian, learn to be it without ruining your health, etc.
I hope this what you meant, otherwise, you've got one more surreal answer, I suppose...
